Love Mum x Pub TimeMay 14th, 2013 / Author: MelExams are finally upon us. As a direct consequence, my emails are going to be a little less exciting for the next couple of weeks. You have my most sincere apologies. The Oxford at 8pm.
Mel Your starter for ten.May 7th, 2013 / Author: MelNice to see you, to see you nice! C’mon down to the SH4 for 8pm this week, for a fun-filled evening of TV games. But what’s that I hear you cry?! Exams are looming, so you can’t come? Is that your final answer? You’ve hit the revision wall already? I say bring on the wall! You’re too busy? You are the weakest link, goodbye. There’s a point for every terrible TV reference you can spot, but I’ve started so I’ll finish. Just say what you see, because we all know that points mean prizes. Even those pointless answers. If you don’t quite get them, we can always look at what you could have won.
Madam Secretary Ready Steady CookApril 29th, 2013 / Author: MelIn the green kitchen, we have the women of Manchester SSAGO. In the red corner, we have the boys of Manchester SSAGO. Yes, I was correct in saying ‘boys’. Everyone must bring a cooking ingredient to 306th Manchester for 8pm. Basics such as cooking oil, Susie Salt & Percy Pepper etc will be provided. The teams will have 45 minutes before they have to STOPPPP COOOOOOOKING! Then it will be decided if its been Red Tomato or a Green Pepper day. Will Leggatt will be your Ainsley for the evening, so if you have any questions please contact him. YiS

Bowling 6th OctOctober 4th, 2011 / Author: MelGood monday all! So this week we will be having some form of battle between a spearhead formation of 10 assumably wooden crafted pins and a respectivly large almost spherical shiny decimation device. AKA bowling. I have heard evidence it is £5 for two games (with student card). This will be happening down at Pars wood at 8. For those of you who don’t know how to get there there will be persons meeting at 7.15 at the student union, or 7.30 outside owens park. If you miss these herdings you can catch a 142 bus South to pars wood. If the bus stops at a massive cinema complex thing, or almost goes past it get off, and you’re there! Also in the news is our annual and eagerly anticpated Freshers camp. Thats all for this week! O, and next week will have a bonus format |
